About Us – Meet the Beau Belles Family
Kim Millington — Owner & Managing Director
Back in 1990, at just 26 (and with a head full of retail experience and big dreams), I opened Beau Belles — French for Beautiful Ladies. More than three decades later, I’m proud to say our boutique has helped thousands of brides and prom queens find their dream gown.
Inside our Borrowash store, you’ll find over 500 wedding dresses, plus bridesmaid, prom and evening gowns, flower-girl dresses, and a treasure trove of accessories, jewellery, and headwear.
My passion is creativity, detail and pure bridal magic — shaping each experience around every woman’s unique ideas. Nothing makes me happier than seeing returning customers, now shopping for their daughters’ prom or even wedding dress! Our clients know they’ll get exceptional service, expert advice, and a fun, personal experience with me and my incredible team.

I’ve been part of the Beau Belles family since 2018, but my bridal journey began way back in 1995. I adore the buzz of helping brides find “the one.” When I’m not in the boutique, I’m usually being taxi mum to my two girls, singing with my choir, or catching a musical (I can’t resist a good show tune!).
My favourite wedding dress in our 2026 collection : Mori Lee Sonnet #2716 Love the soft delicate line of this wedding dress, with beautiful soft embroidery. The soft coloured petals flowers and leaf detail, really create a gorgeous boho vibe.
Hannah Severn (Bridal & Prom consultant / Social media lead)
I’ve been buying bridal and Prom wear with Beau Belles for 5 years and I am joining the team as a Bridal and Prom consultant, to help and advise you along your journey with us, to find the perfect dress. I am also head of social media. I have a degree in BA Hons Fashion and a pure love for all things fashion.
With my degree I worked in Trend Forecasting, so I like to keep myself well versed in all the new styles and trends popular from our various labels. I also worked in Design and Construction so understand the focus and importance on fit and structure ensuring every gown flatters beautifully. I also love a good chat and love to hear about all things wedding so there will be time for plenty of wedding chatter!

I joined Beau Belles in 2015- after popping in the buy my daughter’s prom dress! Kim discovered I could sew, and the rest is history. Now I handle alterations, fittings, and a bit of everything in between.
Outside the boutique, I love walking my dog… and wine. (Did I mention wine?)
